COREY PALMER
Corey is the Vice President and Sales Manager at Huntington Bank in Grand Rapids, bringing over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his current role, he has collaborated with various housing-related non-profits in the region and is eager to extend his support to ACT as well.
Originally from Northern Michigan, Corey relocated to Grand Rapids to attend Grand Valley State University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and an MBA. His dedication to community involvement and expertise in finance make him a valuable asset to the organizations he supports.
LEANNE DILLON
Leanne has always been passionate about supporting individuals of all abilities and empowering them to recognize their potential. Her journey with ACT began in high school as a volunteer, an experience that deeply resonated with her. She witnessed the joy of celebrating creativity across all abilities and felt compelled to continue her involvement in this meaningful work.
After reconnecting with ACT while working at IKUS Life Enrichment Services/Indian Trails Camp, Leanne’s commitment to empowering others through the arts only grew stronger. She is thrilled to now serve on the ACT board, where she can help further the organization’s mission.
Professionally, Leanne is an HR Business Partner at Mercantile Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aquinas College and a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph’s University, along with her SHRM-CP certification. With a diverse HR background spanning non-profit, logistics, and finance, Leanne embodies her belief in empowering others for a successful today and tomorrow.
GRETCHEN MURPHY
Gretchen Murphy is a seasoned HR executive with 25 years of experience, currently serving as the VP of HR at People Driven Technology. As part of the senior leadership team, she focuses on building a strong HR function with a people-centric approach. Recently, she worked as an Executive Consultant with HR Collaborative and Cherry Health, leading the restructuring of HR teams to enhance efficiency and foster future leadership development.
Prior to this, Gretchen spent over a decade as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Service Express, Inc., where she played a key role in shaping HR strategy and promoting an employee-centric culture that resulted in a highly engaged workforce. Her experience also includes positions at BDO USA, Inc., Mercantile Bank, and Fifth Third Bancorp.
In addition to her corporate roles, Gretchen enjoys teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Grand Valley State University, where she also serves on the Curriculum Advisory Board for the HR program. She holds an MBA from Western Michigan University and a BBA from Grand Valley State University. Her professional credentials include certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Gretchen is actively involved in professional organizations and is dedicated to community service, serving on various boards. Her career reflects a strong commitment to excellence, people, and continuous learning, establishing her as a leader in creating thriving, people-driven organizations.
